We are in the process of reviewing and updating our Business Plan for 2017/18, which outlines how we plan to deliver the housing service and invest in our homes over the next three to five years. We are holding two public events to outline the key themes of the plan. The Outer Hebrides as a whole is facing huge challenges and the Board have given a clear commitment to contribute in whichever way possible to working with the Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership to stem the 13% projected population decline forecast for us over the next 20 years.
We are keen to discuss our plans with as wide an audience as possible. These events will give tenants, members of the public, our partners and contractors the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to us before the Board approve the plan on 16 March 2017.
The first event will be in our Board Room in Stornoway on Thursday 23rd February 2017 starting at 7pm till around 8:30pm
The second event will be in our Meeting Room in Balivanich on Thursday 9th March 2017 starting at 12:15pm till around 1:45pm
Doors will be open 30 mins prior to the events beginning and refreshments will be provided.
