HHP Staff Presented With Level 5 Award In Leadership & Management Qualifications

At HHP’s Board meeting on Wednesday 24 May 2017 Calum Mackay, Vice Chair was pleased to present Angela Smith (Corporate Governance Manager) and Angus E MacNeil (Assets and Contracts Manager) with Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.  The Qualifications Company Ltd has been supporting HHP’s Managers over the past two years as they worked towards the qualification.

Calum said “Tenants are at heart of everything we do that is HHPs commitment. All that has been achieved in the past ten years, for the tenants and wider community through HHPs new build program, could not have happened if it was not for HHP staff.

Not for the first time I have said that our main asset is our staff team, my colleagues and I on HHPs Board have always recognised the commitment of the staff.

As a Board we ensure wherever possible that local recruitment and internal career development can be achieved, regular staff appraisals, regular team meetings,  providing training at a pace that suits staff, allowing for career development is high on HHPs agenda.

My Colleagues and I on HHPs Board are delighted that another two of the staff team Angela and Angus have achieved their level 5 in Leadership and Management”.
