DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Salary £33,349 to £36,033 (inclusive of Distance Islands Allowance) per annum

We are looking to recruit a Development Manager to deliver our ambitious development plans. The successful applicant will manage the delivery of a range of new build housing projects from initial identification to completion.

You must have experience in the planning and delivery of housing development projects (preferably affordable housing) or the delivery of construction projects. Alternatively, you may have other relevant programme management or project management experience.

Experience of negotiating land and development deals would be advantageous along with experience of Scottish Government and local authority housing grant administration systems. It is preferable that you also have experience in the appraisal of development projects and in successfully managing programmes.

A relevant qualification in a related discipline is desirable.

Salary £19,938 to £21,164 (pro rata) (inclusive of Distance Islands Allowance) per annum

HHP seeks a skilled administrator to join our Corporate Resources Team. You will provide administrative support in relation to procurement, training, health & safety, expenses and risk, facilities and contract management, as well as providing clerical support for the Audit and Risk Committee.
