Salary £21,285 – £22,872 per annum (inclusive of Distance Islands Allowance)

A vacancy has arisen within the Housing Services Section of Hebridean Housing Partnership. The post will be based in Balivanich.

The duties of the post are wide ranging and often challenging. There is a particular focus on helping tenants to maintain rent payments and to assist them as Universal Credit is introduced. The post also includes dealing with estate management issues, helping resolve complaints including neighbour nuisance and addressing anti social behaviour.

Ideally applicants will have experience in working in housing or a closely related type of service. But above all you must be able to demonstrate a high degree of customer care skills and have good IT and communication abilities.

Applicants must have a current driving licence and access to a car.

The closing date for all applications is 12 noon on Monday 20 February 2017. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 8 March 2017.
