Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) are hoping to develop the site at Scott Road to erect 48 new build houses (in phases) together with access roads and associated infrastructure on land to the north of Scott Road. The views of the community are a really important part of the planning process so we would like to invite you to come along to our in-person consultations.

The consultations will be held in Tarbert Community Centre with the first one being held on the 27^th of June from 3pm to 7pm. This will be followed by a second drop in on the 19^th of August 3pm to 9pm*. This is a public engagement meeting and everyone is very welcome to attend and provide feedback. Any comments received as part of the first consultation event, will be addressed in our second drop-in event.

If you cannot attend these consultations we have created the survey where you can provide your feedback. The comments made during these consultation events are not formal representations to Comhairle nan Eilean Siar as Planning Authority. Comments relating to the development will be recorded and will inform a Report on the community consultation undertaken; this Report will be submitted to the planning authority as part of any subsequent formal planning application.

There will be further opportunity to make any formal representations when a planning application is submitted.
