All our housing stock is subject to regular Stock Condition Surveys which provide a projected profile of spend required to maintain our stock over a 30-year business plan period.

The Programme continues to tackle fuel poverty and to ensure our homes comply with the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH2). The Programme also ensures that components are replaced in line with stock condition data and maintain the Scottish Housing Quality Standard.

The Investment Programme for 2024/25 to 2028/29 covers all the works that we carry out during this 5-year period.

We also carry out annual planned maintenance where each scheme has work carried out every 5 years. Priority is given to heath and safety issues then fabric repairs and any fencing or painting of houses.
